Custom Concrete Skatepark Construction Outline – In-Kind Donations

2. Surveying of site for initial grade and drainage work

II. Demolition and Earthwork

1. Bobcat or skid steer loader

2. Excavation equipment – Large/Medium/and Small

III. Drainage

1. Surveyor

2. Piping and drain lines

4. Sewer connections

5. Excavation equipment

 

IV. Rough Excavation and Coping Placement

1. Surveyor

2. Rebar (#5 – 30-50 units)

3. Schedule 40 Black Steel Pipe - `129 lin ft. various rolls, etc.

4. Concrete (small quantity – 8-10 cubic yards) – any mix

 

VII. Cast in Place Work

1. Surveyor

2. Rebar (#4 – 300-400 20’ units) -

3. Wood (2x4’s – 120 16’ spruce, ¾” plywood – 20 sheets CDX, masonite –

30 sheets)

4. Concrete

 

V. Shotcrete Work

1. 185 cfm diesel trailer air compressor

2. Mini-Excavator

3. #3 Rebar (600 20’ units)

4. Wood (2x4’s – 120 16’ spruce, ¾” Plywood 40 sheets, masonite – 10 sheets,

1x10 spine/spruce – 200 lin. ft., wooden landscaping stakes 12” and 18”)

5. Concrete


VI. Flatwork

1. #3 Rebar – 200 20’units

2. Wire Mesh – 50 5’ x 10’ units

3. Wood (2x4’s – 20 16’ pieces, masonite – 5 sheets)

4. Concrete

5. Boom type concrete pump

 

VII. Miscellaneous

1. Bobcat or skid steer – every day

2. Lodging for 8 adults

3. Stick Welding Equipment – preferably generator Welder (Bobcat 250)

4. Ground Level Storage Container (2 – 20’ or one 40’)

5. No Trespassing Signs

6. Orange Safety Fencing

7. Tree Protection/Silt Fencing

8. Generator if no power available on site

9. Vibratory Plate Compactor

10. Trailer Concrete Pump

11. Metal Pin Stakes 12, 18, and 24” (3 dozen each)
